Can customers view the available color options?
The available colors are visible in the Vulp viewer, where users can intuitively combine and view endless color options. This helps customers make informed decisions for their purchase, reducing returns in your online store.

What are hotspots and how do they work?
Hotspots are interactive points placed directly on the 3D product. Customers click a hotspot to reveal extra information, images or video about a specific feature or component, guiding them through the product's key selling points.

What files do I need to supply for the 3D model?
Whatever you already have: an existing 3D model (OBJ/FBX/GLB/glTF/Blender), a CAD export (STEP/STP/IGS), product photos, or a physical sample to scan. There are five routes to a model, and the cheapest is often just what you already have on hand.

What does Vulp cost?
Configurators are available from the Premium plan at €29.99 per month, billed annually. The 3D model is a one-off cost, from around €100 per product.

Can I use it for a single tap as well as a full range?
Yes. The same configurator scales from one product, such as a single tap, to a full range of finishes and variants: there's no minimum catalogue size to get started.
Can installers use it project by project, and share a configuration with a client?
Yes. Every configuration gets its own shareable link showing the exact version that was built, so an installer can send it along with a quote or attach it to a project file.

Can technical drawings be downloaded from the viewer?
No. We optimise and merge elements so the model performs well in Vulp, which means the underlying files aren't usable, or only with difficulty, for reproduction elsewhere.
