Where your data lives

Vulp runs on Google Cloud in a European region. The 3D models, textures, generated images and configuration data behind your viewer are stored and processed inside the EU, and are not transferred outside it as part of normal operation.

Privacy and the GDPR

We process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation; the full detail is in our privacy policy. In practice the personal data involved in a Vulp deployment is small: account details for your team, and the contact details you give us. The 3D content itself is product data, not personal data.

Need a data processing agreement? We put these together per customer rather than from a fixed template. Get in touch with your requirements.

Your visitors are not tracked

The Vulp viewer does not drop advertising cookies on your visitors and does not load third-party tracking scripts into your page. Our own website analytics are self-hosted, so embedding Vulp does not add a new consent requirement to your cookie banner.

Availability

Vulp serves production configurators for manufacturers whose customers shop around the clock. Current and historical uptime is published on our status page.

Isolated by design

The viewer is embedded as an iframe, a hard boundary in the browser: our code cannot read your page, your DOM, your cookies or your customers’ sessions. If you drive it with our JavaScript API, everything happens over an explicit, structured message channel that your application controls. Our own site also runs a strict Content Security Policy: we hold our own surface to the standard we ask you to trust.

Sub-processors

The third parties involved in running Vulp and this website. We keep the list short on purpose.
